What is Trenchless Pipe lining

1

Trenchless pipe lining is a pipe rehabilitation method that restores an existing pipe from the inside. A specially designed liner is installed inside the existing pipe and cured to create a new pipe within the original one, depending on the condition and configuration of the existing line.

Can all pipes be lined?

2

No. Not every pipe is a candidate for lining. The condition, size, material, configuration, accessibility, and extent of damage all need to be evaluated before determining whether trenchless pipe lining is appropriate.

Why should i line my pipes instead of replacing them?

3

Pipe replacement is a traditional means of repair where a plumber will remove the failing pipe and replace it with a new pipe. This repair method has many disadvantages, which include the creation of a messy construction site, significant time to complete, and the fact that in almost all circumstances costs more than lining. NuFlow’s cured in place pipe (CIPP) lining solutions are non-destructive, eco-friendly, non-invasive, cost effective and can be installed in a fraction of the time.

How does the pipe-lining process work?

4

The process typically begins with a camera inspection to evaluate the line. The pipe is then cleaned and prepared before the liner is installed. The liner is positioned inside the existing pipe and cured to form a new pipe within the original line. The finished line is then inspected to evaluate the completed rehabilitation.
